MY MISSION

Redefining the Way
We Move

Anwar Rasheed is the current President of S-Harith, LLC and founding President of SAMR, PLLC (a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering firm based in Greensboro, NC.  Anwar held the position of President from May 2015 – April 2022.  His responsibilities included overall business performance and growth, project management, business development, and marketing.  During Anwar’s tenure, he successfully managed a small group of engineers and subcontractors (6-7 individuals) in both the Water/Wastewater and K-12 school markets.  Two high profile projects included a $22M elementary school and $27M K-8 school, where he hired the project coordinator for each project and designers.  All building system scopes of work (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Technology, Fire, and Lighting) designs were delivered on-time, under budget, and with high quality.  Safety for each project was our number one priority and Anwar also led an excellent safety record.

MY MISSION

Let's Engineer the Future Together

Jimmy Moore is an Autonomous Automation Lead at BMW in Spartanburg, SC, where he is responsible for helping the company apply advancements in robotics to automotive manufacturing. He has over 30 years of engineering and IT experience ranging from 3D CAD modeling to space shuttle payload deployment. His experience and accomplishments drive him to give back to the next generation of emerging engineers with a focus on expanding the pipeline and broadening opportunities for underrepresented groups. To that end, he was instrumental in launching The Bridge Tech, LLC, to train kindergarten through adult students in the latest advancements in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). The Bridge Tech engages students in STEM education through research, design, development, and testing of solutions to real world problems (e.g., Mars rover, wind turbines, wind tunnels, fully functioning human androids, electric kit cars and autonomous lawn mowers).
